CoC Outreach and Networking
Randy helps new CoC network members find meaningful ways to participate. He gathers community feedback through events, surveys, focus groups, and town halls. He is also involved with the local advocacy committee and assists the Elections Committee to ensure fair and representative local elections.

CoC Education and Advocacy
Jamie's role involves advocacy, education, and community engagement to raise awareness about local homelessness. She shares information with community partners and residents to encourage participation in the network and promote more informed understanding. Additionally, she coordinates the annual unsheltered Point-in-Time homeless count in January and helps implement the CoC's strategic plan.

CoC Training and Support
Carrie trains and guides CoC network partners, including shelters, housing programs, outreach teams, and community members, to help them end homelessness. She also supports the Coordinated Entry (CE) Steering Committee with continuous improvement planning and training.

CoC Policy and Planning
Paul coordinates CoC governance and policies to address homelessness, monitors program effectiveness, and shares local advocacy through the Legislative Committee.

LICH Associate Director
Mike leads the CoC planning staff, overseeing regional systems planning, the annual application, and program performance. He manages strategic planning, governance, policy, and capacity-building efforts. His responsibilities also include stakeholder coordination, homeless reporting, needs assessments, monitoring, and the Elections Committee.

LICH Executive Director
Greta is the CoC Board Chair, providing oversight for all LICH operations and program outcomes, and coordinating with HUD on capacity building and grants. She manages the Amityville Community Center, a hub for nonprofits serving Veterans and people experiencing homelessness or housing instability. Greta also advances affordable housing on Long Island through her involvement with key committees like HEALI, the Welfare to Work Commission, and the Long Island Housing Coalition.

LICH Director of Support Programs
Jessica manages and oversees Coordinated Entry, implements local housing policies, and leads various housing navigation programs and staff. Her efforts include street outreach, street medicine, shelter case management, and service triage. She also heads the CE Steering Committee and coordinated the Emergency Housing Voucher (EHV) program, which helped house over 450 households.

HMIS Supervisor
As the HMIS Supervisor, Wayne administers and oversees the database for Long Island's homeless population, providing leadership, managing reporting, and ensuring data quality and confidentiality.
