Apply for the Empire State Supportive Housing Initiative (ESSHI) to develop permanent supportive housing for people experiencing homelessness

Join local advocacy efforts with the CoC Legislative Committee

Provide feedback for our local strategic plan

Nominate someone for our local governing body

Register for a training on effective street outreach

Register a volunteer team to participate in the Summer PIT (One-day street outreach effort- experience required)

Provide a training to our homeless response network

Join our professional network and get updates on homelessness trends, research, and movements

Get informed and review local data on homelessness

Find resources for someone experiencing homelessness on Long Island
