GETTING HELP FROM A ST. VINCENT DE PAUL CONFERENCE IN A LOCAL CATHOLIC CHURCH:

Go by the person's zip code if housed and if not housed and person is surfing or living on the street you can basically call any church with a conference close to where you meet them. Keep in mind that the wealthier a church is, the more likely they will be able to help your client with their "poor box funds".
